Making a Return

All returns must be sent back within 30 days from the date of receipt, including purchases made instore. Please ensure all tags remain attached and you include the proof of purchase for your order.

Online Returns

Online orders may be returned either to our retail warehouse with a short covering letter enclosed detailing order number, name and reason for return, or alternatively to any of our Tottenham stores.

In-Store Returns

In-store purchases can be returned to any of our Tottenham stores with the original receipt.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Personalized items
• Gift cards
• Items that have been worn or used

Exchanges

Items can be exchanged for a different size or color within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached.
